Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 24

तथान्ये शंसिताऽत्मानो ब्रह्मचर्यपरायणाः । तीर्थयात्राप्रसंगेन तस्मिन्क्षेत्रे समागताः

tathānye śaṃsitā'tmāno brahmacaryaparāyaṇāḥ | tīrthayātrāprasaṃgena tasminkṣetre samāgatāḥ

De même, d’autres hommes maîtres d’eux-mêmes—loués pour leur conduite et voués au brahmacarya—se rassemblèrent dans ce kṣetra sacré, entraînés par le cours de leur pèlerinage aux tīrthas.
