Transliteration

tato bhāskaramāsādya ūcurduḥkhasamanvitāḥ | kasmānnodgamanaṃ deva prakaroṣi divākara

Translation

Alors ils s’approchèrent de Bhāskara (le Soleil) et, accablés de peine, dirent : «Ô Deva, ô Faiseur du jour, Divākara, pourquoi ne fais-tu pas ton lever ?»
