Transliteration

kumārikovāca | kariṣyāmi na saṃdehastava vākyaṃ dvijādhipa | kuru pāṇigrahaṃ me'dya vidhidṛṣṭena karmaṇā

Translation

La jeune fille dit : «Je le ferai, sans aucun doute, ô le plus éminent des brāhmaṇas. Accomplis aujourd’hui la prise de ma main, selon l’acte rituel prescrit par la règle.»
