सूत उवाच । सापि तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा पतिव्रतपरायणा । हन्यमाना विशेषेण तद्बाणैर्हृदये भृशम्

sūta uvāca | sāpi tadvacanaṃ śrutvā pativrataparāyaṇā | hanyamānā viśeṣeṇa tadbāṇairhṛdaye bhṛśam

Sūta dit : Ayant entendu ses paroles, elle—entièrement vouée au vœu de fidélité à son époux—fut frappée avec violence par ces flèches, surtout en son cœur.
