Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 29

आभ्यां च ब्रह्मशापोस्ति येन नास्ति निवर्तनम् । तस्मादत्र नृपश्रेष्ठ कुरु यत्ते क्षमं भवेत्

ābhyāṃ ca brahmaśāposti yena nāsti nivartanam | tasmādatra nṛpaśreṣṭha kuru yatte kṣamaṃ bhavet

Et sur ces deux-là repose une malédiction de brahmane, par laquelle il n’est point de retour. C’est pourquoi ici, ô meilleur des rois, fais ce qui t’est convenable et possible.
