सापत्न्यं तेन संजातं सौभाग्येपि निरर्गले । यथोक्तविधिना देवी सत्यमेतन्मयोदितम्

Transliteration

sāpatnyaṃ tena saṃjātaṃ saubhāgyepi nirargale | yathoktavidhinā devī satyametanmayoditam

Translation

De cette négligence naquit la condition d’avoir une coépouse (sāpatnya), bien que ta bonne fortune fût par ailleurs sans obstacle. Ô dame semblable à une Déesse, ceci est vérité : je l’ai dit selon le rite énoncé.
