Type: kshetra
Scene: A divine figure (unidentified) addresses a sage; rays of light form a clear path from the deity’s heart/hand to the listener’s forehead, symbolizing ‘prakaṭa’ knowledge; the atmosphere is calm and certain.
Divine grace (prasāda) removes doubt and reveals complete spiritual truth.
The verse sits within the Nāgarakhaṇḍa Tīrthamāhātmya context, praising a sacred bathing-site (hrada/tīrtha) associated with Sūrya’s favor.
No direct ritual is prescribed here; it promises knowledge through Sūrya’s grace, which is elaborated in the following verses.
