Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 46

एवमुक्त्वाभिमंत्र्याथ नादबिंदुसमुद्भवैः । मंत्रैराथर्वणैस्तोयं पानार्थं चार्पयत्ततः

evamuktvābhimaṃtryātha nādabiṃdusamudbhavaiḥ | maṃtrairātharvaṇaistoyaṃ pānārthaṃ cārpayattataḥ

Après avoir parlé ainsi, il consacra l’eau par des mantras atharvaniques nés de nāda et bindu (son et semence), puis il offrit cette eau à boire.
