सर्वां वृत्तिं गृहस्थानां यथायोग्यं प्रयत्नतः । तवाग्रे किं वयं ब्रूमस्त्वं वेत्सि सकलं यतः

sarvāṃ vṛttiṃ gṛhasthānāṃ yathāyogyaṃ prayatnataḥ | tavāgre kiṃ vayaṃ brūmastvaṃ vetsi sakalaṃ yataḥ

Par un effort conforme au devoir, tu accordes aux maîtres de maison l’entretien qui convient, selon leur besoin et leur mérite. Que pourrions-nous dire devant toi ? Car tu connais déjà toute chose.
