।सूत उवाच । ततः कर्णोत्पलातीर्थं विख्यातं चास्ति शोभनम् । यत्र स्नातो नरः सम्यङ्न वियोगमवाप्नुयात्

Sūta dit : Ensuite se trouve le Tīrtha de Karṇotpalā, renommé et resplendissant. Celui qui s’y baigne selon le rite ne tombe pas dans la séparation d’avec ce qui lui est cher ni d’avec la prospérité de bon augure.
