Brāhmaṇas (collective counsel within dialogue; responding to the situation)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Brāhmaṇāḥ / ritual assembly
Scene: A commanding instruction in a ritual arena: the speaker urges immediate homa; a fire-altar prepared, offerings arranged, and a symbolic arc of the nine planets with the Sun foremost.
When dharmic action is obstructed by impurity, one must decisively remove the cause and restore the rite promptly.
The immediate focus is graha-śānti through homa; the tīrtha setting remains in the background of Nāgarakhaṇḍa’s Mahātmya.
Perform homa quickly after excluding the contaminating participant, to please all Grahas starting with Sūrya (Arka).
