Type: kshetra
Listener: Devaprapūjaka (addressed in surrounding verses)
Scene: Kuśa issues a firm command: the cursed beings arrive and, from all directions, bring sand to fill/cover the liṅgas completely, laboring in coordinated effort around a sacred precinct.
Sacred places are maintained and ritually ordered through deliberate acts performed under dharmic authority.
A Śaiva tīrtha setting featuring multiple liṅgas is implied in Nāgarakhaṇḍa Tīrthamāhātmya; the verse itself does not provide the site-name.
A practical instruction: to fill/cover the liṅgas with sand (pāṃsu) from all directions.
