Type: kshetra
Listener: Mahārāja (addressed as ‘great king’; likely a royal interlocutor within the māhātmya frame)
Scene: Vibhīṣaṇa speaks of future pilgrims moving along the Setu route, faces turned toward Rāmeśvara, carrying simple travel bundles, their posture marked by faith and wonder.
Śraddhā turns travel into pilgrimage; the longing for darśana of Rāmeśvara sanctifies the path itself.
Rāmeśvara (Rāmeśvaram) and the Setu-mārga/Setubandha pilgrimage route.
No explicit ritual is prescribed; the verse highlights darśana (sacred seeing) and faith-inspired pilgrimage.
