दास्यामि जीवनं वीर कुटिलस्यापि चाधुना । एवमुक्तः शंकरेण वीरभद्रोऽब्रवीत्पुनः
dāsyāmi jīvanaṃ vīra kuṭilasyāpi cādhunā | evamuktaḥ śaṃkareṇa vīrabhadro'bravītpunaḥ
« Je vais accorder la vie maintenant, même à cet être tordu, ô héros. » Ainsi interpellé par Śaṅkara, Vīrabhadra répondit à nouveau.
