Ṛṣis (the sages at the discourse)
Tirtha: Kedāra / Kedāranātha-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Sūta
Scene: A circle of sages rises slightly or folds hands, addressing Sūta with reverence, expressing satisfaction after hearing Śaṅkara’s deeds; serene hermitage setting.
Satsanga and faithful listening culminate in inner contentment; the Śiva-narrative is spiritually fulfilling.
The chapter belongs to Kedārakhaṇḍa (Kedāra region), though the verse itself is a conversational closure.
No explicit ritual; it highlights completion and fruit of śravaṇa in a sacred assembly.
