सृष्टेर्लवो हि संजातो लवाच्च क्षणमेव च । क्षणाच्च निमिषं जातं प्राणिनां हि निरंतरम्
sṛṣṭerlavo hi saṃjāto lavācca kṣaṇameva ca | kṣaṇācca nimiṣaṃ jātaṃ prāṇināṃ hi niraṃtaram
De la création naquit l’unité appelée lava ; du lava vint l’instant nommé kṣaṇa ; du kṣaṇa naquit le clignement appelé nimiṣa, sans cesse pour les êtres vivants.
