Transliteration

gṛhānnirgatya sāyāhne puradvārabahiḥ sthitā | vanamārgaṃ prapaśyaṃtī patyurāgamanecchayā

Translation

Au soir, elle sortit de la maison et se tint hors de la porte de la cité, les yeux tournés vers le chemin de la forêt, désirant le retour de son époux.
