Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta) to the sages (deduced)
Tirtha: Kedāra / Kedāranātha
Type: kshetra
Scene: A Śiva-liṅga adorned with a single flower and bilva leaf while water is poured; devotees of varied ages and social backgrounds stand in a line, indicating ‘sarvaiḥ’ (by all).
Accessible devotion is powerful: simple offerings, sincerely given, invite Śiva’s grace and auspiciousness.
Kedāra’s Śaiva environment is implied by ‘iha’ (here), presenting the place as especially conducive to Śiva’s blessings.
Perform Śiva-pūjā with leaf, flower, and water; Śiva is to be worshipped by all (sarvaiḥ pratipūjanīyaḥ).
