तथेत्युक्त्वा ऋषिगणानानीता तत्र पार्वती । स्वोत्संगे परिगृह्याशु गिरीन्द्रः पुत्रवत्सलः । हिमवान्गिरिराजोऽथ उवाच प्रहसन्निव
tathetyuktvā ṛṣigaṇānānītā tatra pārvatī | svotsaṃge parigṛhyāśu girīndraḥ putravatsalaḥ | himavāngirirājo'tha uvāca prahasanniva
Disant : « Qu’il en soit ainsi », il amena Pārvatī là, devant l’assemblée des sages. Le Seigneur des montagnes, tendre comme un père, la prit aussitôt sur ses genoux ; puis Himavān, roi des monts, parla comme en souriant.
