विश्वरूपाय विश्वाय विश्वनाताय वै नमः । शंकराय च कालाय कालावयवरूपिणे

viśvarūpāya viśvāya viśvanātāya vai namaḥ | śaṃkarāya ca kālāya kālāvayavarūpiṇe

Hommage à Celui dont la forme est l’univers; à Celui qui est l’univers; au Seigneur de l’univers. Hommage à Śaṅkara, et au Temps lui-même — à Celui dont la forme est constituée des parts du Temps.
