Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta), narrating to the sages (contextual attribution within Māheśvarakhaṇḍa)
Type: tīra
Scene: Namuci, eyes reddened with rage, confronts Indra at the shore; with a sharp thrust of a trident he fells Devendra, then laughs, towering over the fallen king of gods.
Uncontrolled anger and mockery are marks of adharma; they precede ruin even when temporary victory is gained.
No tīrtha is explicitly praised; the verse continues the battle account within Kedārakhaṇḍa.
