Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta) narrating to the sages (deduced)
Tirtha: Kedāra (contextual)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Brahmā addressing Indra, Maruts, and Gandharvas in a celestial court; Indra attentive with vajra; Maruts in formation; Gandharvas with instruments; a subtle motif of Tvaṣṭṛ’s ritual implements in the background indicating his intent.
Right action begins with right understanding—Brahmā clarifies causes and intentions before the devas respond.
The Kedāra sacred region frames the chapter, but this verse is primarily mythic-historical, not a direct tīrtha praise.
None is mentioned in this verse.
