तथेति गत्वा त्वरितो बृहस्पतिरुवाच तम् । नहुषं कामसंतप्तं शच्योक्तं च यथातथम्

tatheti gatvā tvarito bṛhaspatiruvāca tam | nahuṣaṃ kāmasaṃtaptaṃ śacyoktaṃ ca yathātatham

«Qu’il en soit ainsi.» Et Bṛhaspati, se hâtant, rapporta à Nahūṣa —brûlant de désir— exactement ce que Śacī avait dit.
