दक्ष केचिद्भविष्यन्ति ब्राह्मणा ब्रह्मराक्षसाः । लोमश उवाच । विप्रास्ते शपितास्तेन नंदिना कोपिना भृशम्
dakṣa kecidbhaviṣyanti brāhmaṇā brahmarākṣasāḥ | lomaśa uvāca | viprāste śapitāstena naṃdinā kopinā bhṛśam
Certains brāhmaṇas deviendront des brahma-rākṣasas — habiles, certes. Lomāśa dit : «Ces vipras furent cruellement maudits par Nandin, emporté d’une grande colère».
Lomāśa (explicit: “Lomāśa uvāca”)
Tirtha: Kedāra (Kedāranātha)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Lomāśa narrates a grave turn: certain brāhmaṇas, struck by Nandin’s fierce curse, are destined to become brahma-rākṣasas; the atmosphere is tense, shadowed, and admonitory.
Misconduct can invert spiritual status: even the learned may fall into a dreadful condition when dharma is violated.
Kedāra-kṣetra is the narrative setting, though the verse focuses on the curse episode rather than site-description.
None; it records a curse and its consequence (becoming brahma-rākṣasas).
