एकः शास्ता न द्वितीयोऽस्ति शास्ता हृद्येव तिष्ठन्पुरुषं प्रशास्ति । तेनाभियुक्तः प्रणवादिवोदकं यता नियुक्तोस्मि तथाचरामि

ekaḥ śāstā na dvitīyo'sti śāstā hṛdyeva tiṣṭhanpuruṣaṃ praśāsti | tenābhiyuktaḥ praṇavādivodakaṃ yatā niyuktosmi tathācarāmi

Il n’est qu’un seul Souverain ; nul second souverain n’existe. Demeurant dans le cœur, ce Souverain discipline l’être humain. Mandaté par Lui, tel l’eau mise en mouvement par le Pranava (Om), j’agis exactement comme il m’est prescrit.
