पार्वती च पुनर्देवी पुत्रत्वे परिकल्प्य च । अशोकस्यांकुरं वार्भिरवर्द्धयत स्वादृतैः
pārvatī ca punardevī putratve parikalpya ca | aśokasyāṃkuraṃ vārbhiravarddhayata svādṛtaiḥ
Et Pārvatī, la Déesse, résolut de nouveau de le prendre pour fils, et nourrit la jeune pousse de l’aśoka avec une eau soigneusement gardée.
