डमड्डमरुकव्यग्र हस्ताग्रः खंडचंद्रभृत् । तांडवाडंबररुचिः सर्वामंगल चेष्टितः

ḍamaḍḍamarukavyagra hastāgraḥ khaṃḍacaṃdrabhṛt | tāṃḍavāḍaṃbararuciḥ sarvāmaṃgala ceṣṭitaḥ

Sa main s’active au tambour ḍamaru; Il porte le croissant de lune. Rayonnant de la splendeur du tāṇḍava majestueux, chacun de Ses gestes est source de toute auspiciosité.
