गृहाणेमानि रत्नानि दिव्यानि वरवर्णिनि । कन्यात्वं च परश्वस्ते पाणिग्राहादपैष्यति

gṛhāṇemāni ratnāni divyāni varavarṇini | kanyātvaṃ ca paraśvaste pāṇigrāhādapaiṣyati

«Reçois ces joyaux divins, ô toi au teint exquis. Et après-demain, ta virginité s’en ira lorsque je prendrai ta main en mariage.»
