शिवस्य परिपुष्टांगाः स्पर्शनीया न साधुभिः । तेन कर्मविपाकेन ततस्ते रौरवौकसः

Transliteration

śivasya paripuṣṭāṃgāḥ sparśanīyā na sādhubhiḥ | tena karmavipākena tataste rauravaukasaḥ

Translation

Ceux qui se sont ‘bien nourris’ de ce qui appartient à Śiva ne doivent pas être touchés par les vertueux. Par la maturation de ce karma, ils deviennent alors des habitants de Raurava.
