विनते विनतां मां त्वं किं नावसि पतत्त्रिणी । तव दासी भविष्यामि त्वदुच्छिष्टनिषेविणी
vinate vinatāṃ māṃ tvaṃ kiṃ nāvasi patattriṇī | tava dāsī bhaviṣyāmi tvaducchiṣṭaniṣeviṇī
Ô Vinatā, pourquoi ne me protèges-tu pas, moi qui suis courbée et suppliante, ô toi qui as des ailes ? Je deviendrai ta servante, vivant des restes de ta nourriture.
