न गर्तेषु ससत्वेषु न तिष्ठन्न व्रजन्नपि । गोविप्रसूर्यवाय्वग्नि चंद्रर्क्षांबु गुरूनपि
na garteṣu sasatveṣu na tiṣṭhanna vrajannapi | goviprasūryavāyvagni caṃdrarkṣāṃbu gurūnapi
Qu’on ne se soulage pas dans des fosses où vivent des êtres, ni debout ni même en marchant. Qu’on ne le fasse pas non plus face aux vaches, aux brāhmaṇas, au soleil, au vent, au feu, à la lune, aux étoiles, à l’eau, ni aux aînés et maîtres.
