Skanda
Tirtha: Kāśī
Type: kshetra
Scene: A stern cautionary tableau: the narrator warns of misfortune; shadowed figures of elders (father-in-law, brother-in-law) appear as symbolic silhouettes, emphasizing the gravity of the claim.
The text uses strong imagery to caution that inauspiciousness and disorder can ripple through family life, encouraging protection of household harmony through dharma.
The Kāśī Khaṇḍa context glorifies Kāśī overall; this verse itself does not praise a particular tīrtha.
