इत्येवमुक्तेपि तदा मखमूर्तेरजस्य हि । नाज्ञानमगमन्नाशं श्रीकंठस्यैव मायया

ityevamuktepi tadā makhamūrterajasya hi | nājñānamagamannāśaṃ śrīkaṃṭhasyaiva māyayā

Bien que cela eût été ainsi prononcé, alors l’ignorance de l’Inengendré —dont la forme même était le sacrifice— ne s’éteignit point, par la seule māyā de Śrīkaṇṭha.
