Transliteration

dharmārthakāmamokṣākhyaṃ puruṣārthacatuṣṭayam | akhaṃḍaṃ hi yathā kāśyāṃ na tathā nyatra kutracit

Translation

Les quatre buts de l’existence—dharma, artha, kāma et mokṣa—se trouvent à Kāśī d’une manière entière et ininterrompue ; nulle part ailleurs, en aucun lieu, il n’en est ainsi.
