गंगां गच्छति यस्त्वेको यस्तु भक्त्यानुमोदयेत् । तयोस्तुल्यफलं प्राहुर्भक्तिरेवात्र कारणम्
gaṃgāṃ gacchati yastveko yastu bhaktyānumodayet | tayostulyaphalaṃ prāhurbhaktirevātra kāraṇam
Si l’un se rend au saint Gaṅgā, et qu’un autre, ne pouvant y aller, s’en réjouit et l’approuve avec dévotion, on dit qu’ils obtiennent un fruit égal, car ici la bhakti seule en est la vraie cause.
