श्रीमहादेव उवाच । बृहता तपसानेन बृहतां पतिरेध्यहो । नाम्ना बृहस्पतिरिति ग्रहेष्वर्च्योभव द्विज
śrīmahādeva uvāca | bṛhatā tapasānena bṛhatāṃ patiredhyaho | nāmnā bṛhaspatiriti graheṣvarcyobhava dvija
Śrī Mahādeva dit : «Par cette grande austérité, deviens le seigneur des grands, assurément. Et sous le nom de “Bṛhaspati”, ô deux-fois-né, sois digne de vénération parmi les planètes.»
