Type: kshetra
Listener: Śaunaka and ṛṣis (frame) / pilgrims-seekers (contextual)
Scene: A devotee in Kāśī offers stuti to Viśveśvara: Śiva shown as cosmic-bodied (three worlds within), with gaṇas/pramathas around; Agni as a worshipper; Śiva extending a hand to lift a fallen supplicant.
Śiva’s grace is radically inclusive—He reaches out even to those who have fallen, lifting them through compassion.
Kāśī is implied as the place where such saving grace is especially accessible through Viśveśvara.
Indirectly references yajña through hutabhuk (Agni), but no specific ritual instruction is given.
