प्रतिज्ञां शृणुतं तातौ यदि वां तनयो ह्यहम् । करिष्येहं तथा तेन विद्युन्मत्तस्त्रसिष्यति
pratijñāṃ śṛṇutaṃ tātau yadi vāṃ tanayo hyaham | kariṣyehaṃ tathā tena vidyunmattastrasiṣyati
Écoutez mon vœu, chers parents. Si je suis vraiment votre fils, j’agirai de telle sorte que même celui qui rugit tel l’éclair en tremblera.
