yama uvāca | tīrtharūpamidaṃ kṣetraṃ prasādāddevakīsuta | tvattoṣavidhinā cādya kṛpayā ca śivasya ca
Yama dit : Ô fils de Devakī, par ta grâce bienveillante ce lieu est devenu un véritable tīrtha. Aujourd’hui, par le rite qui t’a satisfait, et aussi par la compassion de Śiva, sa sainteté s’est pleinement révélée.
