Transliteration

paṃcapañcāśato grāmāndadau rāmaḥ purā svayam | tatrasthā vaṇijaścaiva teṣāṃ vṛttimakalpayan

Translation

Autrefois, Rāma lui-même accorda cinquante-cinq villages; et les marchands établis en ce lieu organisèrent pour eux les moyens d’existence.
