Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 57

आहूता वाडवांस्तास्तु ज्ञातिभेदं चकार सः । त्रयीविद्या वाडवा ये सेतुबंधं प्रति प्रभुम्

āhūtā vāḍavāṃstāstu jñātibhedaṃ cakāra saḥ | trayīvidyā vāḍavā ye setubaṃdhaṃ prati prabhum

Après avoir mandé ces Vāḍavas, il institua une nette séparation des lignées. Et ceux des Vāḍavas instruits de la triple science védique furent dirigés vers le Seigneur à Setubandha, la digue sacrée de Rāma.
