व्यास उवाच । अर्द्धरात्रे तु संप्राप्ते सर्वे निद्रामुपागताः । तातं संप्रार्थयामास कृतानुग्रहको भवान्
vyāsa uvāca | arddharātre tu saṃprāpte sarve nidrāmupāgatāḥ | tātaṃ saṃprārthayāmāsa kṛtānugrahako bhavān
Vyāsa dit : Lorsque minuit fut venu et que tous s’étaient endormis, il implora alors son père : «Tu as déjà accordé ta faveur—(accorde encore ceci)».
