वाडवः खिन्नमनसः क्रोधेनांधीकृता भुवि । निश्वासान्मुंचमानास्ते हाहेति प्रवदंति च

vāḍavaḥ khinnamanasaḥ krodhenāṃdhīkṛtā bhuvi | niśvāsānmuṃcamānāste hāheti pravadaṃti ca

Ces vāḍavas, l’esprit accablé et, sur la terre, aveuglés par la colère, laissaient échapper de lourds soupirs, s’écriant : «Hélas ! Hélas !»
