Rāma (concluding consequence of service described immediately prior)
Tirtha: Dharmāraṇya
Type: kshetra
Scene: A devotee of humble station stands reverently in a sacred forest-kshetra, receiving blessings; symbolic motifs of svarga (celestial light) and prosperity (grain, gold, children) appear as auspicious emblems rather than literal display.
Devoted service to the worthy is presented as spiritually transformative, yielding both otherworldly merit and worldly well-being.
The Dharmāraṇya context frames these results as part of the ‘mahatmya’ of righteous conduct performed in that sacred setting.
Service (sevā) and honoring brāhmaṇas; the verse states the promised results (phala).
