मृगैः सिंहैर्वृतं घोरेरन्यैश्चापि वनेचरैः । पुष्पितैः पादपैः कीर्णं सुमनोहरशाद्वलम्

Transliteration

mṛgaiḥ siṃhairvṛtaṃ ghoreranyaiścāpi vanecaraiḥ | puṣpitaiḥ pādapaiḥ kīrṇaṃ sumanoharaśādvalam

Translation

Il était ceint de cerfs, de lions et d’autres redoutables habitants de la forêt; et pourtant il était jonché d’arbres en fleurs et tapissé d’une herbe merveilleusement charmante pour l’esprit.
