विप्रा ऊचुः । नमस्ते ब्रह्मपुत्र्यास्तु नमस्ते ब्रह्मचारिणि । नमस्ते जगतां मातर्नमस्ते सर्वगे सदा

viprā ūcuḥ | namaste brahmaputryāstu namaste brahmacāriṇi | namaste jagatāṃ mātarnamaste sarvage sadā

Les brahmanes dirent : Salut à toi, ô Fille de Brahmā ; salut à toi, ô brahmacāriṇī, ascète chaste. Salut à toi, ô Mère des mondes ; salut à toi, toujours omniprésente.
