Scene: Hayagrīva-Viṣṇu speaks with a calm, benevolent expression, right hand in varada-mudrā; devas bow in relief as the boon is granted; aura signifies ‘devadeva, jagatpati’.
Divine grace responds to sincere supplication: when the devas please Viṣṇu, he grants their desired boon and manifests in the needed form.
The verse sits within the Dharmāraṇya Māhātmya context, emphasizing the sanctity of Dharmāraṇya as the setting where divine favor and manifestations are proclaimed.
No explicit ritual (snāna, dāna, japa, vrata) is prescribed in this verse; it focuses on Viṣṇu’s satisfaction and boon-giving revelation as Hayagrīva.
