Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 58

पुष्पोपहारनिचयं स्नानवस्त्रादिधावनम् । उपलादिकनिर्माणं मार्जनादिशुभक्रियाः

puṣpopahāranicayaṃ snānavastrādidhāvanam | upalādikanirmāṇaṃ mārjanādiśubhakriyāḥ

Ils préparèrent des amas de fleurs et d’offrandes; lavèrent les étoffes de bain et autres objets; édifièrent des ouvrages de pierre et semblables; et accomplirent des actes de bon augure, tels que balayer et purifier.
