Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 43

अंगैरुमाद्यैरिंद्राद्यैः पूजोक्ता मुनिभिस्तु तैः । उमाचंडेश्वरादींश्च पूजयेदुत्तरादितः

Transliteration

aṃgairumādyairiṃdrādyaiḥ pūjoktā munibhistu taiḥ | umācaṃḍeśvarādīṃśca pūjayeduttarāditaḥ

Translation

Ce culte a été enseigné par ces sages : par les membres divins commençant par Umā et par les divinités commençant par Indra. Ensuite, selon l’ordre qui suit, qu’on adore Umā, Caṇḍeśvara et les autres.
