Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 58

तत उद्वास्य नैवेद्यं धूपनीराजनादिकम् । कृत्वा निवेद्य तांबूलं नमस्कुर्यात्समाहितः

tata udvāsya naivedyaṃ dhūpanīrājanādikam | kṛtvā nivedya tāṃbūlaṃ namaskuryātsamāhitaḥ

Ensuite, après avoir accompli l’udvāsa (le congé rituel) et achevé le naivedya avec l’encens, l’offrande de lumière (ārati) et le reste, qu’il présente le tāmbūla et, l’esprit recueilli, se prosterne en hommage.
